In Ayurveda, food is not just fuel; it is vibration. The Sattvic Diet is the diet of the Yogis, designed to boost mental clarity and inner peace.
It consists of foods that are high in “Prana” (life force)—fresh, light, and nourishing. Unlike modern diets that focus only on calories, this diet focuses on the effect food has on your mind. As explained by the Art of Living, eating Sattvic foods reduces anxiety and creates the perfect foundation for meditation.
